I made some stitch markers last week:

They are so cute and easier than I was expecting.  I might make up several sets and give some to other knitters for Christmas.  I am also thinking of gifting them to test knitters.  Test knitters are usually volunteers.  They receive very little compensation (if at all) and test patterns by indie designers out of the goodness of their hearts and because they love knitting.  Test knitters help make indie designs possible.
